Flexible Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at QUEEN’S KID. We are committed to the most hassle-free online shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to support.
Returns
Return & Exchange the products with your freedom. You can return it within 7 days, and we will solve the issue in 5 days (for outside Dhaka, it is 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can:
- Return instantly, at the time of delivery.
- Return within 7 days after receiving a delivery (Notify us within 24 hours).
- Return instantly for any wrong, not as described, defective, damaged product, size mismatch, quality inferiority, etc.
- Return instantly if you have changed your mind to receive the order entirely or part of the order by paying a delivery charge.
To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the order. The Return-Exchange is acceptable within 7 days provided the product is unused and its packing is intact and in original condition.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued when we cannot provide a replacement or if you want your money back.
- For Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Transfer payments, refunds take 7-10 working days.
- If paid via bKash, refunds are processed within 2 days.
- Online payment errors due to technical issues are refunded.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience charges are non-refundable.
To request a refund, provide us with the Order ID and Reason via email at support@queenskidbd.com. We will confirm the request and guide you through the process.
Shipping
- If QUEEN’S KID is liable for the fault, we will bear the Delivery Fee, Return Fee, or Refund processing fees.
- If the customer changes their mind, they will bear the associated fees.
