Shipping & Charges

We arrange shipment of the products to you as soon as possible after receiving the order. Any order received after 6pm will be considered for next day processing due to limited remaining hours during the end of the day.

Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in the shipments. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk of loss and damages pass on to you upon the products delivery to you.

Shipping Duration & Charges

Based on your order, we arrange delivery to you at the quickest possible time. Our Standard Delivery Time Schedule and Delivery Charges are as follows:

Delivery Timeline:

• Dhaka Metro City: Within 1 to 2 Days from order confirmation time*
• Outside Dhaka City: Within 2 to 4 days from Order Confirmation time*

*Note on Order Confirmation Time: Any Orders received after 6pm will be considered for processing on the next day morning. As we need enough time to prepare the order, pick the products, make bills, pack and assign to the courier company. After 6pm we have very limited hours to complete all the tasks of an order to process in the same day.

Delivery Charges:

• Dhaka: 60 Taka up to 1kg.
• Sub-Dhaka: 120 Taka up to 1kg.
• Outside Dhaka: 150 Taka up to 1kg.

For Excessive Bulk products, the delivery charges will be as per our Order Team's calculation and confirmation by you.
